Barry P
Excellent case. I upgraded from a Corsair Carbide Air 540 which is a monster for airflow due to the cubic shape and partition at the back for cables and power supply, SSDs. Airflow in the 5000X is good but not phenomenal for obvious reasons - it has 4 glass panels so airflow takes a hit as ventilation is only on the front and top sides. However, with my ryzen 7 3800x idles at 35 degrees and doesn't go above 70 degrees under load. My 6950xt performs well in there but only in the conventional orientation, which leads me to my main gripe with this case - if you mount it vertically without an after market mount and just a riser cable, temps will increase by 10-15 degrees because it goes right up against the glass, so just chokes it very quickly. Maybe if I try a mount which pushes the card back a bit, this would help but otherwise it isn't ideal in a vertical position.
