MSI MPG A1000G 80 PLUS GOLD

Excellent PSU, love the thin modular cables! I upgraded my system and discovered my new motherboard requires 2 x 8 pin power connectors that my existing PSU did not have. After a quick trip to my closest Best Buy (Red Deer an hour away) the staff was very kind and let me into the store even though it was a few minutes after they closed. That was super appreciated as I would of not been able to get my system up until the following week. <3 Found this unit and it clearly had the specs I was after listed clearly on the packaging. Cost wise it was fairly comparable to other options at the store but it had better presentation and looked to be better quality then the other production options in this range. Installation went seamless and all the cabling lengths worked perfectly for my full tower case. I love the thin cabling and was able to hide almost all the excess slack behind the motherboard tray / case rear door. Unit itself is very quality built and very pleasing aesthetically, no RGB if your into that but for myself that didn't matter. I have had no issues and highly recommend this product for anyone who is into gaming and has high power requirement hardware
