Running a Ryzen 5 3600, have been able to reduce temps from 50 to 30 at idle, from 90 to 70 and full tilt in benchmark. Easy to install, comes with thermal dot however I also bought paste. After making sure the install orientation was correct and all air bubbles were safely up in the radiator, have had a super quiet and easy experience ever since I put it in. Provided fans are super quiet up to about 40%, however do get loud at higher RPMs, which I have never encountered in legitimate non-benchmark use. Parts are all of a high quality and look great in my build.
