With the installation of this SSD, my laptop boot speed has increased like anything. The machine overall has become very fast and gives you the same experience that you get on your office machines. Everything has become superfast and you dont need to wait for minutes after clicking something. I do not know much about the technicalities, but as an end user, the performance has definitely been improved to a great extent. It is a very pleasant experience now working on my machine be it opening the file explorer or opening the browsers or installing the windows updates which used to be the most time consuming previously. Overall, i am very satisfied with the product.
